Yesterday while I was busy doing books, that are far from being finished and caught up, my boys were downstairs tearing it apart so we can tile the floors. Cyrus brought me one of the greatest gifts a mom could receive. He found a video tape of Rhiannon when she was just a week old. I don't remember even ever having this video, in fact I only own 2 pictures of her. It is on VCR and I don't own a machine to play it but today we are going to town to buy one. I can't wait to see my baby girl again. I don't even remember what she was like, how she cried, if she even did. I am shaking with anticipation and yet I also know it will open old wounds that have a heavy scar over them. The good outweighs the bad by about a ton though. Wish me luck!

I can't imagine your joy, and I'm sooo happy that Cyrus found it! What a tender mercy, and though it won't be as good as having her here, it can't help but bring some overwhelming feels of love and tenderness. My thoughts are with you and your family.
